You, the purchaser, agree to hold harmless, indemnify, and defend GForceBeats.com, from and against any losses, damages, fines, or expenses (including attorney's fees and costs) arising out of or relating to any claims that you, the purchaser, have copied any materials (except the beats, loops or samples provided by GForceBeats.com) in connection with your production in violation of another party's rights or in violation of any law. GForceBeats.com shall not be responsible for any import and export duties or other claims arising from such activities related to your production.
